Congratulations you are about to vacation on one of the most beautiful, unspoiled beaches on the East Coast. Ginny, Matt and myself would like to extend a hardy welcome to you and your family.

            We first vacationed on Topsail Island eighteen years ago and fell in love with it. About twelve years ago we decided to purchase our own unit on the beach. Since then, we have rented to many nice people and have struck up a few friendships.

            Our mission is to provide you with the most enjoyable, relaxing vacation possible at reasonable price. If at anytime, for any reason we can assist you further, please do not hesitate to ask.

            Surf Condominium’s is a small condo community mostly made up of retirees and vacationers. It is a family environment and an easy place to make new friends. Our condo (unit 317) is very well furnished and has most of the creature comforts that are in your own home.

            Under the condo next to the carport is an outside storage area. In this area are beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and fishing rods. This equipment is for your convenience. We do ask that at the end of your stay, you rinse this equipment with the hose at the office area and put it away. There are two locked owners closets in the outside storage area, we ask that you respect them.

            We will supply two key rings with three keys each. One key is for the door lock and also the dead bolt. The second key is for the outside storage area and the third key is for the laundry room.

            Included in this packet of information are directions, the Surf Condo rules, check in / check out info, and lists of restaurants and activities on and off the island. We ask that you observe all of the Surf Condo rules during your stay.

            Some evening take a 15-minute ride north to the town of Sneads Ferry and dine at the Green Turtle. The Green Turtle is owned and operated by Billy and Vicky Dee who are from the Pittsburgh area. They specialize in seafood, steaks, and Italian food. Their clam chowder and she-crab soup is the best we have ever tasted. Be sure to tell Billy that Dave and Ginny sent you.
